Week One Mini Challenge


1. No Labels, No ingredients. Whole, unprocessed PROTEIN, FAT, CARBOHYDRATE at every meal.

2. Recovery.



This will be scored by journal points. I want to see each meal written and how it was eaten. Ex: Breakfast Eggs, Steel Cut Oats, Walnuts.

I also want to see points for recovery. This does not mean that you have a pass to not workout this week. You must exercise at least 3 times to be eligible. I want to see how much sleep you’re getting, mobilizing (at least 20 minutes), fish oil, etc.

Journals will be reviewed thru Saturday morning and a winner announced Sunday evening. Winner may pick up their prize from the gym on Monday.
