Day Two…

Hey Gang!

How was day one? Were you hungry? If you said, “YES,” then we already need to clarify a few things…YOU SHOULD NOT BE HUNGRY!!!

A few people have said they are and when we spoke the running theme is that they were not including protein in their meals. EVERY MEAL NEEDS TO HAVE PROTEIN! Here’s an example of what I’m eating today:


Coffee+ 1 tbs Grass Fed Heavy Whipping Cream

1 Cup Eggwhites+ 1 Omega 3 Egg

1/4 (dry) Brown Rice Grits

2 tbs Hemp Hearts


Salmon Packet

1/4 Avocado

Power Greens


Elk tenderloin leftovers

Green Beans



Chicken Thighs

Steamed Broccoli w. Olive Oil

Sweet Potato

Also, remember there are office hours today from 5:30 PM – 7:45 PM. There will be a clipboard. Please sign in your name and I will run down the list first come, first served. If you are waiting there will be a mobility class @ 5:30 that can earn you some extra recovery points in your food journals!!! If you have not yet had pictures taken, measurements taken or paid please try and do so this week.
