DAY ONE INFO AND UPDATES

Good Morning Challengers!

Day one already!!! What did you eat for breakfast? Starting today make sure to start writing down those meals, exercise, recovery, water, etc in your food journal! Take pictures of those pedometers, trailheads, etc.

A few clarifications:

-You will be awarded the three points per person anytime you have a meal or exercise with any team mate.

– I will award any individual who attends Saturday workouts and class 4 points.

-IF your entire team attends SATURDAY, class and workout the team will receive an additional 10 points. Obviously, there is incentive to work together and attend class. However, I realize with crazy schedules etc it is more realistic that two or three of you will be getting together at a time.

On April 25th from 10:00-4:00 there is a Health Expo at the Ramada Inn in Glenwood Springs. If you were unable to get an appointment at GMA for a body scan or blood work it is possible you will be able to get it done here. I am not sure of the cost. I will award the same amount of points (3) for attending this expo. If you did go to GMA and are interested in checking it out I will award 3 additional points for attending. Grab some literature or keep your ticket as evidence of attendance in your food journal.

Remember that teams need to submit their pictures, measurements, name and Captain by Saturday, April 18th at 5:00 PM.

Class will be Saturday, April 18th at 10:30, followed by our team workout at 11:00. Come dressed to exercise! This first week will be all about Nutrition and very informative. Make it if you can!

Payment of 100$/individual will be due by Monday, April 20th @ 5:00 PM to your respective gyms. We will accept cash or checks made to Defiance Strength and Conditioning. Please make sure that whomever takes your payment makes a note on it as to WHO it belongs to.

OFFICE HOURS will begin next week. You will be able to sign up for these 15 minute appointments on ZenPlanner at defiancegym.com

DSC Hours:

Mondays 4:00-6:00 PM

Tuesday: 7:00-8:00 AM

HCCF Hours:

Wednesdays: 3:45-4:45 PM, 7:00-8:00 PM
